Sourdough Made Simple
from $60.00

If sourdough has ever felt confusing, overwhelming, or “way too complicated,” this class is for you.
No pressure, no fancy baking terms — just a relaxed, hands-on class where you learn sourdough the easy way.

During this 2.5-hour session, we’ll walk through every step together, from feeding your starter to shaping a beautiful loaf. You’ll get simple explanations, real-life examples, and plenty of one-on-one help. No experience needed — seriously.

To keep things easy, I offer two take-home packages you can choose from:

Standard $60 (per person)

Perfect for beginners who want to learn the basics without buying extra tools.

You’ll go home with:
• A ready-to-bake sourdough loaf you made in class
• 5 oz of active starter to continue baking at home



Premium $120(per person) — Full Beginner Sourdough Kit

Great if you want everything you need to keep baking confidently after class.
Includes everything in Package A PLUS:
• Banneton basket
• Silicone spatula
• Dough & sourdough scraper
• Bread lame (for scoring)
• Silicone mat (for shaping and mess-free prep)

This gives you a complete setup so you can bake again the very next day.

You’ll go home with:
• A ready-to-bake sourdough loaf you made in class
•5 oz of active starter to continue baking at home

Dough-Down House Party

You host. Your friends pay. I bring the dough magic.

How the Dough-Down House Party Works

The Host

  • You invite at least 6 friends (host does not count toward the 6)

  • You provide:

    • A kitchen or large table

    • Basic oven access

  • Host bakes FREE
    (Your payment = recruiting the crew)

The Guests

  • Minimum: 6 paying guests

  • Cost: $60 per person

  • Each guest gets:

    • Hands-on sourdough instruction

    • Their own dough to work with

    • A live starter sample to take home

    • Recipe + process cheat sheet (Bruh-approved)

    • Confidence to bake sourdough without fear

What I Bring (aka: You Don’t Lift a Finger)

  • All ingredients (flour, salt, starter, water)

  • Mixing bowls + tools (No clean-up for you!)

  • Bench scrapers, spatulas, wooden spoons

  • Proofing containers (as needed)
